Gender equality is marked by the absence of discrimination between women and men in accessing, participating in, and controlling development. We believe that gender justice is achieved when women and men receive equal and fair benefits from development.

To achieve this goal, we have taken several important steps:

  • Inclusive Policies and Regulations: Developing and implementing policies that support gender equality in all aspects of campus life.
  • Awareness Raising: Organizing seminars, workshops, and discussions to raise awareness about the importance of gender equality.
  • Active Participation of Women: Encouraging and supporting the active participation of women in academic and non-academic activities.
  • Eliminating Gender Bias in the Curriculum: Reviewing and updating the curriculum to eliminate gender bias and ensure fair representation.
  • Support for Gender Research and Studies: Supporting research and studies focused on gender issues to enrich our knowledge and understanding.
  • Partnerships and Networks: Building partnerships with civil society organizations, companies, and government institutions to promote gender equality.

With these steps, the Department of International Relations, FISIP UI, is committed to creating an inclusive and fair environment for all, and contributing to sustainable and equitable development. Let’s work together to achieve gender equality in every aspect of our lives!
