We offer excellent facilities such as modern classrooms equipped with the latest technology, a specialized library with access to international databases, comfortable discussion and seminar rooms, and an active research center. Class Room
Experience a comfortable and modern learning environment at the Department of International Relations, FISIP UI. All our classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, projectors, screens, and whiteboards to support optimal teaching and learning processes.
Smart Classroom
Some of our classrooms are also equipped with advanced multimedia facilities such as smart LCD panels connected directly to the internet. These smart classrooms are also supported by hybrid-class facilities, allowing for both in-person and online learning simultaneously.

Discussion Room
FISIP UI has a comfortable and modern rooms that can be used for group discussions or academic meetings and shared study area equipped with tables, chairs, power outlets, and fast Wi-Fi. This area is designed to support study and discussion activities in a conducive environment.
Integration Laboratorium
We also have a laboratory specifically designed for social simulations and experiments. This laboratory is equipped with a two-way mirror observation room, enabling lecturers to supervise and assess the simulations or experiments conducted by students more effectively.
Taman Tunas Bangsa
Tunas Bangsa Park is a park previously known as Plaza FISIP UI, a multi-functional green open space that was renovated in 2017. Tunas Bangsa Park was designed by 2 alumni of the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, UI, Heri Fuad and Zainal Abidin. This park can be used for students’ activities, faculty ceremonies, or for bazaar premises.
Taman Bhineka Tunggal Ika
Bhineka Tunggal Ika Park was inaugurated in 2021. This park was named Bhineka Tunggal Ika to always remind the FISIP academic community about the value of Indonesia’s unity in diversity value. This garden can be used by students to sit or have a discussion.
Taman Pelataran (Teater Kolam)
Taman Plataran is an amphitheater shaped park commonly used for artistic or academic activities for FISIP students. Enjoy the friendly feel of FISIP at Plataran Theatre, especially in the early months of the odd semester when there are Olimfis and Gelmab activities!
Universitas Indonesia Library
The Central Library of tUniversitas Indonesia (Perpusat UI) is the main library of UI. It is one of the main supporting units for academic activities (learning, teaching and research). The UI Library has around 1.5 million collections stored in the UI Library and in several faculty libraries. As a teaching and research support unit, the UI Library continues to strive to develop itself by adding new collections, subscribing to various online databases, developing systems, and providing excellent service to users.
The UI Central Library's reading and study rooms are on floors 1 to 4, while a computer laboratory can be found on the 1st floor. The UI Library also provides access to leading journal and reference sites that students can review from within the library or remotely. The UI central library operates every Monday to Friday from 08.00-19.00 WIB and from 08:00-16:00 WIB on Saturdays
Online Library
Besides direct borrowing access at the library building, students can access collections and online databases through the UI remote library using their single sign-on accounts. This online library can be accessed from anywhere 24/7. The online library database of Universitas Indonesia is one of the most comprehensive and a trend-setter in library development in Indonesia
Miriam Budiarjo Resource Center
In addition to the Central Library of Universitas Indonesia, FISIP also has a faculty-level library known as the Miriam Budiarjo Resource Center (MBRC). MBRC provides a comfortable reading room, computers, meeting rooms, and book lending services accessible to all active FISIP UI students. MBRC operates every Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 16.00 WIB. MBRC provides Turnitin and iThenticate plagiarism check services to ensure the originality of students’ assignments and final projects. With this service, you can feel confident that your academic work is free from plagiarism.
Information & Technology Facilities
Students have access to multimedia facilities including, computers, projector sets (infocus and screen), WiFi networks, smart-class facilities, hybrid-class support facilities, as well as various academic and personnel applications and information systems. Each classroom is equipped with a projector set and WiFi network which allows classes to be conducted interactively. University and faculty level libraries, also provide computer facilities that can be used by students to support academic activities.
To support learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era the university provides information system application services, including SIAK-NG (Academic and Student Information Systems), EMAS-2 (E-learning Management Systems ), EDOM (Lecturer Evaluation by Students), LONTAR (Library Automation and Digital Archive), RIMA (a web-based application for research and grant information), SIPEG (Personnel Information System for Employee),
All applications and information systems can be accessed by the UI students, academics, and employees using a Single Sign-On (SSO) user account. Each academic, students, service unit, and UI organizational unit also has an email address with a university domain and includes Onedrive cloud storage with a capacity of 1 tetabyte per account. All UI campus locations are also covered by a WiFi internet network that can be accessed with the SSO. UI Hotspot Juita (Unified UI Network) has a speed of 79.3 Mbps.
FISIP UI Anti-Sexual Violence Commission
The Anti-Sexual Violence Commission is an independent task force at the FISIP responsible for preventing and handling sexual violence. The board members are appointed and directly reported to the Dean of FISIP UI. The Anti-Sexual Violence Commission oversees sexual violence case handling from the reporting, examination, drawing up conclusions, and providing recommendation on the case. The Anti-Sexual Violence Commission receives reports from victims and/or reporting witnesses* or Victim companions* (*by the victim's consent)

UI Hospital
The UI Hospital (RSUI) is the first State Higher Education Hospital (RS-PTN) in Indonesia that has a physical concept and design with a Green Hospital Concept that is environmentally friendly and fully oriented to patient safety. The building covers an area of 82,074 square meters, stands on an area of 106,100 square meters, and is located in the complex area of the Health Sciences Building (RIK), UI Depok Campus, which has a sky bridge as a direct link between RSUI and the RIK building. Sattelite Clinic
Located near the UI Faculty of Engineering, this clinic has three floors. To provide services in general polyclinics, dental polyclinics, and pharmacies, this clinic is ready to offer other services in the future. Currently, UI Satellite Clinic is preparing to provide child development clinics, reproductive health clinics, and clinics for the elderly. This Satellite Clinic is one of seven satellite clinics to be built in the Greater Jakarta area. This clinic is included in the primary service. In tiered health services, a person can take advantage of direct services before being referred to a hospital. This clinic is also provide services for BPJS cardholders.
The Makara Satellite Clinic also provides free counseling services for the entire Universitas Indonesia academic community. Its main service is providing face-to-face individual counseling, generally regarding academic, family, personal and social relationship issues.

Vocation Wellness Center (Physiotherapy Center)
The Vocational Education Program has a Vocation Wellness Center (VWC) which is a physiotherapy center providing services in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, acupuncture, sensory integration, baby massage, and snoezelen/relaxation therapy. The service is provided for UI students, employees, and public in general.
The Vocation Wellness Center is located in Room 104, Floor 1, Building C, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia, UI Depok Campus. First Aid Room FISIP UI
For first aid needs in case of accidents, FISIP has a Health Clinic located in Building F, Floor 1.
Child & Nursing Room
There is a children's and nursing room on the 2nd Floor of the Communication Building to meet the needs of nursing mothers and parents with todler in the FISIP campus.
UI Stadium
The University of Indonesia Stadium has been transformed into a sports center with the number one facilities in Depok City.
- Running Track
UI facilitates every extra-curricular activity that encourages the potential and achievements of students with a positive, competitive spirit and sporty spirit. One of them is the running track at the UI Stadium. - Soccer Field
By using artificial turf, the football field is excellent for use on both hot and rainy days. The athletic track also uses rubber, making it safer for students to practice and compete. Stadium lights are also ready to illuminate sports activities at sunset.
Felfest UI
Felfest UI, or Felicity Festival UI, is one of the facilities to support campus activities and programs in UI. Previously, this Felfest was only for student activities, lecturers, and members. However, currently, Felfest has been opened to the public. Felfest UI provides various facilities, including meeting points, indoor and outdoor lakeside gatherings, a wedding venue, and sports facilities such as a golf driving range, archery, and a swimming pool.
Gymnasium UI
The UI Gymnasium is an indoor sports facility with volleyball, basketball and badminton courts. In addition, the UI Gymnasium is often used for volleyball, basketball and badminton competitions between faculties at UI.
SOR Building UI
The development of SOR UI is UI’s effort to facilitate every extra-curricular activity of the academic community to encourage potential and sportsmanship. SOR Zone 1 will have 2 Indoor Halls, each consisting of 3 multisport courts, so a total of 6 courts will be available. The SOR UI Zone 1 multisport court will accommodate Futsal, Basketball, and Volley sports. In addition, it will be supported by other facilities such as Toilets & Bathrooms, Changing rooms & Locker rooms, Warehouse, Mushola, and Stairs & Ramps to facilitate persons with disabilities
FISIP UI Sports Facilities
FISIP UI has several sports facilities, such as badminton courts, basket courts and table tennis. These facilities can be used by FISIP students and employees with prior booking.
Makara Art Center
Makara Art Center is a building near Lake Kenanga UI, the center of art activities built by UI for students and the general public. UI created This building to allow visitors to enjoy art performances from the top floor or rooftop. The facilities available include acoustic equipment, a gallery that can accommodate approximately 100 large paintings, a performing arts practice room, and a workshop room. The development of MAC UI is intended so that this area can develop like Taman Ismail Marzuki.
Pusgiwa UI
The UI Student Activity Center Building consists of eight floors used for student activities at the University of Indonesia and the workplace for staff at the University of Indonesia. With the concept of green building, this building is energy efficient and friendly to students with disabilities. Furthermore, this building is expected to spur students to achieve even more because apart from being modern, this building also prioritizes complete and comfortable facilities. The relocation of the Directorate of Student Affairs and the Directorate of Alumni to the Pusgiwa building is also expected to facilitate coordination between students and campus bureaucrats in their respective functions.
Balsem FISIP UI Canteen
IR and FISIP UI students do not need to worry about being hungry during the class breaks. FISIP has a canteen, cafe, and food stalls that open until evening. Students can enjoy Indonesian, Chinese, and Japanese food in the Balsom/Takor student canteen.
Commercial Area
FISIP UI has a commercial area that includes digital banking services, ATMs, a Lawson mini-market, vending machines, and other MSMEs. There's also a Maxx Coffee cafe in the Mochtar Riady Building, open until 8:00 PM, to accompany FISIP students in finishing their assignments or organization meetings. For quick snacks, FISIP UI students can visit the FISIP UI cooperative store and several other food MSMEs located near the FISIP UI Mosque.
Printing Station
FISIP students can find printing machines around campus, one in front of the PPAA counter. These machines accept QR payments. More complete printing facilities (photocopying, binding, laminating) can be found near Building IX, Faculty of Cultural Sciences and at the Faculty of Computer Science.
International Language Institute
The International Language Institute, Faculty of Cultural Sciences (LBI FIB) UI provides integrated language services. The language services offered by LBI FIB UI include (1) Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA/Indonesian Language Program), (2) Language Services Program (PPB/Foreign Language Program), and (3) Translation Development Program (PPP/ Translation and Interpretation Program). LBI FIB UI has also become an official partner for TOEFL ITP and IELTS Computer-Based Test, as well as German language competency tests.
LBI FIB UI also provides language courses for Arabic, Dutch, Sign Language, Japanese and Conversational Japanese, German, Korean, Mandarin and French.
Hiba Utama Bus
The Depok Transportation Agency (Dishub) cooperated with the Depok City Land Transport Organization (Organda) have inaugurated the operation of the Hiba Utama bus on the Depok–Soekarno Hatta Airport (PP) route: Depok Terminal ↔ Jl. Margonda ↔ Jl. Juanda ↔ Jagorawi Toll Road ↔ Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The same route can be used to go from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to the Depok Campus.

Airport Train
Sukarno Hatta International Airport (SHIA) – Manggarai Station (Commuter Line) – Universitas Indonesia Station/Pondok Cina Station
You can travel to Universitas Indonesia from SHIA by airport train. With a travel time of 46 minutes with a ticket price of IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000, passengers can get off at Manggarai Station and continue their journey to the UI Campus using the KRL to Universitas Indonesia Station by the KRL Commuter Line to Bogor/Nambo. The Universitas Indonesia Student Identity Card can be used as a payment means for KRL tickets.
Passengers can also get off the airport station at BNI City Station, transfer to Dukuh Atas MRT and get off at Lebak Bulus MRT, then head to UI using Transjakarta bus D21 bound for Universitas Indonesia. The Universitas Indonesia Student Identity Card can be used as payment means for MRT and TransJakarta tickets.

Taxi
Passengers can use airport taxis or online airport vehicles to reach the Universitas Indonesia Campus from Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Travel time by car is around 1-2 hours and costs ~Rp. 250,000.
KRL Commuterline UI Station
Universitas Indonesia Station is part of the KRL Commuter Line route. From Jakarta, you can take the train towards Bogor/ Nambo and get off at Universitas Indonesia Station. The KRL Commuter Line operates from 03:00 - 23:59 WIB every day. The Universitas Indonesia’s student card can be used as a payment card to pay for Commuter Line ticket fare.
Transjakarta D21
Universitas Indonesia has its own TransJakarta bus route: route D21 (Universitas Indonesia – Lebak Bulus). The Universitas Indonesia’s student card can be used as a payment card to pay for TransJakarta Bus fare.
Online Taxi
Universitas Indonesia campus and all its premises can be found on online ride-hailing and taxi applications. Enter your destination in the online application and enjoy your trip to the Universitas Indonesia.
Bis Kuning UI
Universitas Indonesia students can get around campus using the campus bus, better known as the yellow bus. There is a yellow bus stop on the sidewalk in front of FISIP UI and near the Faculty of Psychology student parking lot. The buses have two routes

Yellow buses operate from 07:00-21:00 WIB on weekdays and 07:00-15:00 WIB on Saturdays.
E-Bike Beam
Students can use electric bikes or Beam Rovers for getting around the Universitas Indonesia area. There are 450 Beam Rover units operated at 42 parking points throughout the UI area. Beam Rover can be borrowed from 05.00–23.00 WIB. To operate it, users should download the Beam application on the App Store or Google Play and find the nearest electric bikes via the application. Afterwards, the users can scan the QR code and follow the instructions within the app to unlock the vehicle. Before riding, users must wear a helmet and check all vehicle equipment, including the brakes.
Student Dormitory
The UI Student Dormitory is one of the accommodations of the Universitas Indonesia. The Dormitory has more than 1000 rooms reserved only for University of Indonesia students from outside of Jabodetabek area. The UI dormitory is located within the UI campus complex, but a little far from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Students can use private transportation, online transportation, and yellow buses to get to the Students Dormitory.
The students living the dormitory can get the in-room facilities (such as bed, wardrobe, study table, mattress) and public facilities (such as canteen, mini market, laundry, photocopy and ATM machine). Wisma Makara
Wisma Makara Universitas Indonesia is a 3-star hotel located in Depok City, West Java, located within the campus area. This hotel is designed for business people, academics and other groups visiting the University of Indonesia. Room rates at Wisma Makara start from IDR 550,000 per night. Guest House Pusat Studi Jepang UI
The Universitas Indonesia Japanese Study Center Guest House is located in the UI Japanese Study Center (PSJ) area, UI Depok Campus. The location of this guest house is very strategic because it is between the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UI and the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) UI. The guest house can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from UI Station or 5 minutes by vehicle from Gerbatama UI. Room rates at PSJ Guest House start from IDR 240,000 per night. Apartment
There are a number of apartments around the University of Indonesia that can be used as alternative accommodation for students. The apartments that are most popular among Universitas Indonesia students are Taman Melati, Margonda Residence, and Evenciio.
Boarding houses/rented rooms
There are several boarding houses with rented rooms around Universitas Indonesia campus. IR UI students usually choose boarding houses in the Kukusan area (Kutek – behind the UI Engineering Faculty), Barel (across from the Law Faculty), and Jalan Kober (across from Jalan Raya Margonda) because they are considered to be the closest to FISIP. Students usually look for boarding houses through the official boarding house rental website, word-of-mouth, or by visiting the boarding house area directly.
Praying Room
FISIP provides a two-story prayer room for Muslims' place of worship on campus which is equipped with ablution areas and toilets.
